EMBRACE OUR WORLD<\/h2><\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>[vc_column_text]Founded in Florence in 1953, Jolly Caff\u00e8, was the brainchild of its founder, Dante Belardinelli.\u00a0Since the beginning, the company\u2019s mission has been to create
\nan Espresso blend of incomparable excellence with a distinctive sensory profile that is constant over time.<\/p>\n

Jolly Caff\u00e8 considers real Italian Espresso culture to be a matter of vital importance. It nurtures it by paying careful attention to the quality of its blends, providing professional training for bar tenders in cafes and restaurants, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
\nJolly Caff\u00e8 has always been active in promoting and safeguarding the quality of blends and espresso. As early as 1989, Jolly Caff\u00e8 was one of the founders of the \u201cCoffee Bar Roasters Consortium\u201d \u2013 since 1992 the \u201cGrancaff\u00e8 Consortium \u201d \u2013 a group of the eleven highest quality roasters in the country.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the times and fashions, over 20 years ago, in 1993 Jolly Caff\u00e8 began its collaboration with the \u201cInternational Institute of Coffee Tasters\u201d (IIAC), to define a profile of \u2018quality\u2019 coffee;\u00a0 at the time, neither a definition of Italian espresso, nor a scientific method of describing its technical and sensory characteristics existed yet.<\/p>\n

Consistently focused on quality as an integral part of its corporate values, Jolly Caffe\u2019 in 1998 became a founding member of the National Italian Espresso (INEI), established as non-profit organization to defend and promote Italian espresso in Italy and in the world. To this end, it was instrumental in obtaining the UNI EN ISO 9000 certification for roasted coffee beans and ground coffee.<\/p>\n

Jolly Caff\u00e8\u2019s intense and dedicated effort was rewarded by being the first Italian company to be granted the Espresso Italiano Certificato (Italian Espresso Coffee Certificate) mark for its espresso coffee blend.<\/p>\n

Our coffee is the finest expression of Italian Espresso
\nWe purchase our own selection of coffee beans, and by careful roasting, transform them into fragrant crunchy grains, which are then entrusted to expert hands to be ground and tampered. The fine powder is then extracted by an espresso machine. You will find that each of our products contains a quality blend, and that every cup is a captivating sensory experience with an unmistakably distinctive taste.<\/p>\n
