After passing the theoretical and practical exam and obtaining the license (https: \/\/www.assaggiatoricaffe.org\/site \/ …), you can access the second module, after which you get the qualification of Espresso Italiano Specialist (https: \/\/ www.<\/span> : \/\/www.assaggiatoricaffe.org\/site \/ …).<\/span><\/p>\n
