The Jolly Caff\u00e8 jury is ready for the Tuscany selections. Today it is a pleasure to host Espresso Italiano Champion, the barman championship of the Italian Espresso National Institute (Inei).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The competition rules are clear: calibrate your equipment and prepare in just 11 minutes four espresso and four perfect cappuccinos under the eyes of the technical judges. The sensorial jury operates in blind mode according to the standards of the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
