“ESPRESSO ITALIANO SPECIALIST”TRAINING COURSES

Jolly Caffè has set up an IIAC Permanent Training Point at its headquarters where courses are held for all interested persons;
we organize study days:

• to young students in hotel schools;
• to aspiring chefs and students of haute cuisine schools;
• to AIBES members
courses for journalists, amateurs, foreigners:

• courses by INEI and IIAC professors (International Institute of Coffee Tasters) are held in the Jolly Caffè classroom for the training of staff in Public Exercises for the correct extraction of a Certified Italian Espresso.
The two-day course aims to instruct the bar staff at the administration desk to deliver a perfect Certified Italian Espresso. Attending the course and passing the relative exam, allows you to obtain the license of “Espresso Italiano Specialist”;
a public establishment that uses certified Italian Espresso blends, certified equipment and qualified personnel, obtains the relevant Certification from the Italian National Espresso Institute and can serve a true Certified Italian Espresso.

Our coffee is the finest expression of Italian Espresso
We purchase our own selection of coffee beans, and by careful roasting, transform them into fragrant crunchy grains, which are then entrusted to expert hands to be ground and tampered. The fine powder is then extracted by an espresso machine. You will find that each of our products contains a quality blend, and that every cup is a captivating sensory experience with an unmistakably distinctive taste.
