Italian espresso Champion 2019

Espresso Italiano Champion 2019: the best challenge each other to the sound of cups and cappuccinos in the Italian final in the Mumac Academy.

Best of luck to Aldo Gariboldi of Pasticceria Ondadolce, decreed winner of the Tuscan selections of Espresso Italiano Champion, last April, by the jury of Jolly Caffè.

In Binasco (Mi) on 12 and 13 June the Italian finals of the barista championship of the Italian National Espresso Institute (Inei): 14 professionals from all over Italy will try to gain access to the world finals.

EIC selezione Toscana the winner is Aldo Gariboldi

The Jolly Caffè jury chose Aldo Gariboldi of Pasticceria Ondadolce as the winner of the Selezioni Toscana of Espresso Italiano Champion, the barman championship of the Italian National Espresso Institute (Inei).

The rules of the race were clear: calibrate your equipment and prepare in just 11 minutes four espresso and four perfect cappuccinos under the eyes of the technical judges. The sensorial jury operated in blind mode according to the standards of the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC).

The Jolly Caffè jury is ready for the Tuscany selections. Today it is a pleasure to host Espresso Italiano Champion, the barman championship of the Italian Espresso National Institute (Inei).

The competition rules are clear: calibrate your equipment and prepare in just 11 minutes four espresso and four perfect cappuccinos under the eyes of the technical judges. The sensorial jury operates in blind mode according to the standards of the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC).

Journey between the senses: Jolly Caffè meets ice cream. The event in Torre del Lago for adults and children.

Saturday, March 23, on the occasion of the European ice cream day in Torre del Lago, a sensory laboratory for adults and children will be hosted at the “Venezia” ice cream parlor. With a journey to discover taste and emotions it will be possible to discover the properties of ice cream and coffee. The free admission laboratory is open from 15 to 18 in collaboration with Jolly Caffè Firenze.

Jolly Caffè at Tirreno CT

The Jolly Caffè team in Marina di Carrara – Closing in the sign of success for the 39th edition of Tirreno C.T. and the 20th of Balnearia, the two fairs that have become a reference for the hospitality sector in Italy. Over 62 thousand operators flocked to the Carrarafiere pavilions from 24 to 27 February. The presence of professionals in the sector is abundant, from bartenders to cooks, through pizza makers and coffee masters.
