Competitor Silvio Rebeschini won the semi-finals for the Italian Espresso Champion 2017 with our Jolly # Caffè Crema blend. Very good! Silvio won the Inei barista competition held at the #MumacAcademy of #Milano, the Cimbali coffee machine academy and won the place to compete in the international semifinals and the consequent final of Host in October. On that occasion, those who manage to reach the final of Host, will challenge their colleagues from Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Bulgaria and Germany and will do so with expressions and cappuccinos to be prepared in just eleven minutes under the careful look of the technical judges and then pass to the sensory judges for blind tastings. Thanks to this formula, Espresso Italiano Champion, at its fourth international edition, knows a growing success that this year has translated into 40 selection competitions in different countries and will involve a total of 400 espresso professionals.
