What is the difference between coffee and Espresso? What is the secret contained in the steaming cup? What makes us love it so much?
The sensory pleasure that Espresso gives us is no coincidence.
Sometimes we forget that those 25 ml of warm, fragrant, thick liquid should give us a pleasant sensory experience.

Not all coffee blends are the same and not all espresso are the same.
Why when we ask for an espresso, or a cappuccino, or decide to have a coffee at home, do we happen to consume something that is not very pleasant?
Anticipating this vision, since the 90s, Jolly Caffè was among the first market operators to feel the need to protect the consumer and the Italian Espresso and the first promoter of the National Italian Espresso Institute (INEI), founded with the aim of protecting and promoting the Italian Espresso in Italy and in the world.
In 1998 Jolly Caffè is a founding member of the Italian Espresso National Institute (INEI).
INEI was founded after 3-year research carried out by the International Institute of Coffee Tasters and the Tasters Study and Training Center, with the collaboration of professors from the Universities of Udine and Turin.
In 1999, INEI obtained certification for espresso coffee under the Italian Espresso brand, certified in accordance with the Csqa n. 214 of 09/24/1999.
In 1999 Jolly Caffè was the first Italian company to obtain the Certified Italian Espresso brand blend certification for espresso coffee.
